Transparency
Every claim the protocol makes should be checkable without trusting a report of it. This page records where each claim can be verified, rather than restating the claim.
| Claim | How to check it yourself |
|---|---|
| The Data Contract is registered on testnet | Fetch it from Dash Platform and compare the contract ID and version |
| A payout went to the right address | The address is derived from a verified ProTxHash, so it can be checked against Dash Core's own record for that masternode |
| A settlement happened | Settlements are recorded on Dash Platform with the transaction hash, which resolves on Layer 1 |
| The fee charged was correct | The tier table is published in the SDK and reimplemented in the daemon, conformance-tested against each other |
What is not yet reported
No monthly fee or settlement report has been published, because the write path is not live and there are therefore no settlements to report. This page does not present an example report as though it were real data.
Compliance
The intended sanctions screening, the three checkpoints that protect the protocol, and the limitation that screening must be self-imposed rather than enforced by Layer 1 are described onthe Compliance page.
